Indulgence Without the Setback
Just because you're getting in shape doesn't mean you have to be a hermit during the holidays! You have options to indulge without the massive calorie bomb of traditional eggnog.
V&P Fat-Free Eggnog Recipe
- 4 cups Skim Milk (or Unsweetened Almond Milk)
- 1/2 cup Pasteurized Egg Whites
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg + 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Healthy Sweetener Options:
Avoid processed sugar. Instead, use 2 tbsp of Agave Nectar, 1 tbsp of Monkfruit Extract, or 2 tbsp of Stevia for a natural, low-glycemic sweetness.
Method: Blend all ingredients on high until frothy. Chill well and serve!
